?????Prof Malcolm Dodd? is an Distinguished Associate Professor in the Department of Horticultural Science. He is currently the Manager of the Postharvest Innovation Programme, a joint initiative between the Department of Science & Technology (DST) and national Department of Agriculture to promote innovative postharvest research in South Africa. Prof Dodd has a wealth of industry experience in postharvest research and management, having worked previously in senior positions for CAPESPAN and the Perishable Products Export Control Board.
